Elizabeth Sabatino is a new associate attorney at Welch Law, PLLC primarily focusing on Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Asset Protection.
Born and raised as a Florida Local, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University and earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University-Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, she served as a law clerk in disability law and employment law matters. Additionally, she was a certified legal intern at the Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Nova law clinic, working on Guardian Advocacy cases actively advocating on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are protected. Elizabeth prides herself and is passionate about building strong client relationships and being proactive in helping others create Wills, Trusts, Estate Plans, and all other relevant documents for distributing their assets with a one-on-one, personalized counseling.
Elizabeth is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar; the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Florida Bar; and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.
